DEKO exists to close that gap. We are a small South Florida firm that builds singular private residences for clients who know what they want, and develops our own projects when the land calls for it.
One team takes the picture in your head and turns it into a place you live. There is no volume target. There is no catalog. There is the next house, and the standard we hold to ourselves.
